Abstract
Inventia se refera la un soi de conopida Timpurile de Arad7 cu inflorescenta globuloasa de culoare alba ca zapada obsinuta prin hibridare selectiva libera între soiul Schneeball si Stela Nova, aclimatizat conditiilor pedoclimatice din zonele stabilite pentru conopida în RSR, destinata a fi consumata în diverse preparate culinare sau conservata ale caror plante au talia mijlocie de 50.....60 cm si diametrul tufei de 50......55, frunza eliptica de 50....55 cm lungime si 23....30 cm lîtime limbul de culoare verde închis cu nervuri albicioase si un strat de pruina granulat inflorescenta globuloasa colorata în alb, cu înaltimea de 10....12 cm si diametrul de 12.....18 cm, iar greutatea 400....500 g, are floarea de culoare galbena, fructul de forma cilindrica, la început de culoare verde, iar la maturitatea fiziologica brun-galbuie cu 5-6 seminte. Soiul este timpuriu avand nevoie de 50....60 zile pîna la recoltarea primelor inflorescente. Inflorescensa sa este mare de culoare alba ca zapada, suculenta cu gust placut cu un continut de proteina bruta 33,06% raportata la substanta uscata zaharuri 2,05 mg si aciditatea 3,12% raportata la 100 g inflorescenta si un continut de substanta uscata de 8,3%. Fiind cultivat în conditiile pedoclimatice ale zonei din vestul RSR a dat procente din care 85% se încadreaza în calitatea I si 200....250 kg/ha seminte.
