Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a comprimatelor cu 1,4-benzochinonamidinohidrazonsemicarbazona prin care, principiul activ se omogenizeaza cu excipientii diluanti-zahar, lactoza, cacao, cu o parte din excipientii aglutinati-guma arabica si 70% din polivinilpirolidona, apoi se adauga în aceeasi faza lubrifiantul, stearat de magneziu, se malaxeaza în continuare cu alcool etilic de minimum 90 degree în care sa dizolvat 30 degree din polivinilpirolidona si corectorul de gust vanilina, se usuca granulatul la 20-25 degree si se comprima.
