Procedeul se caracterizeaza prin faptul ca în prima faza se foloseste CO2 ca agent frigorific iar în a doua faza ca materie prima pentru expandare. Instalasia pentru realizarea procedeului cuprinde un malaxor, un mixer niste butelii cu CO2, niste dispozitive pentru reglarea grosimii stratului depus pe suportul textil ce trece printr+un tunel dupa care este racit si depus un al doilea strat care formeaza stratul de uzura.The invention relates to a process and apparatus for the manufacture of expanded products of polyvinyl chloride, plasticized on various textile supports or without support, by expanding the plastisol by means of a gas having the role of refrigerant in the installation.
