Abstract
Procedeu pentru prepararea derivatilor rifamicinei SV, conform revendicarii I, caracterizat prin aceea ca se efectueaza condensarea 3-formilrifamicinei SV cu hidrazide corespunzatoare formulei generale I: H2N-NH-COR (II) în care R are semnificatiile de mai sus, raportul molar dintre reactanti fiind 1 : 1,05....1 : 1,1, într-un solvent sau amestec de solventi în care ractantii sunt solubili si anume alcanoli inferiori cu 1 pîna la 5 atomi de carbon si hidrocarburi alifatice halogenate cu 1 pîna la 3 atomi de carbon, la temperaturi între 10 si 50 degree C, iar dupa constatarea cromatografica a sfîrsitului reactiei, se filtreaza produsele cristaline separate direct din mediul de reactie sau dupa partiala eliminare a unui component dintre solventi si adaugarea de apa 3-formilrifamicina SV introducîndu-se în mediul de reactie, fie sub forma cristalina, fie dupa solubilizarea sa în solventii mentionati sau amestecul lor.Process for the preparation of rifamycin SV derivatives according to claim 1, characterized in that condensation of the hydrazides of the 3-formylrifamycin SV with the general formula I in which R is as defined above, the molar ratio of reactants being 1: 1.05: 1: 1.1, in a solvent or mixture of solvents in which the diluents are soluble, namely lower alkanols of 1 to 5 carbon atoms and aliphatic hydrocarbons halogenated with 1 to 3 carbon atoms at temperatures between 10 and 50 ° C, and after chromatographic detection of the end of the reaction, separate crystalline products are directly filtered from the reaction medium or after partial elimination of a solvent component and addition of 3-formylrifamycin SV water, in the reaction medium, either in crystalline form, or after its solubilization in said solvents or their mixture.
