Abstract

Agregat pentru tratarea bucatilor de brînza dura si semidura, în care masinile pentru tratatarea brînzeturilor si scîndurilor sînt dispuse în ordinea stabilita prin tehnologia de tratare într-o linie de masini, caracterizat prin aceea ca agregatul are instalatii pentru prelevarea brînzeturilor de pe scîndura (B, P si C), pentru tratamentul brînzeturilor are o linie de tratare formata din masini de înmuiere-topire a cerii de brînzeturi (E), de spalare (G si Q) si de uscat (H), din trasee care îmbraca brînzeturile cu parafina si produc solidificarea acesteia, precum si de o masina de parafinat (I) prevazuta cu un mecanism ce elimina parafina, pentru tratamentul scîndurilor separate de brînza are o linie de tratare a scîndurilor formata dintr-o masina de spalat (L) si o masina de uscat (M), la capetele careia se întîlnesc cu linia de tratare a brînzeturilor si cu linia de tratare a scîndurilor, precum si un mecanism (J) care asaza bucatile de brînza tratate pe scînduri curate, are elemente care transporta continuu scîndurile si brînzeturile de la introducerea în dispozitivul mentionat pîna la extragerea din aceste elemente comandate sincronizat cu functionarea masinilor de tratare, iar punerea în functiune a liniei de masini de tratare a organelor de transport se executa automat cu ajutorul unor comenzi centralizate (O).Aggregate for treating pieces of hard and semi-hard cheese, in which the machines for the treatment of the cheeses and the boards are arranged in the order established by the processing technology in a line of machines, characterized in that the aggregate has facilities for taking the cheeses on the board (B, P and C) for the treatment of the cheeses has a treatment line consisting of soaking and melting machines of cheese (E), washing (G and Q) and dry (H), of lines that dress waxes with paraffin and produce solidification thereof, and a paraffin machine (I) provided with a paraffin-removing mechanism, for the treatment of the separated boards of the cheese has a scrubbing line consisting of a washing machine (L) and a drying machine (M), at the ends of which are encountered with the cheek treatment line and with the line for the treatment of the boards, as well as a mechanism (J), which places the cut pieces of cheese has elements which continuously carry the boards and the cheeses from the introduction into the said device to the extraction of these controlled items synchronized with the operation of the treatment machines and the commissioning of the line of transporting machine machines is automatically executed by means of centralized commands (O).
