Abstract
The invention relates to a measuring element which comprises at least one sensor enabling it to perform measurements within a transmission shaft joint component. According to the invention, the measuring element (30) comprises: a lower main part (312) and a main part (31) having a top cover (311) engaging with said lower main part (312), a closed housing (313) allowing the positioning of a circuit (50) configured for a sensor (60) inside said main part (31), which is arranged so as to be accessible by the opening of the top cover (311), a circuit (50) configured to operate with a sensor (60), an adhesion surface (3141) allowing the lower main part (312) to be coupled with the outer ring (21) of a bearing, where the sensor (60) is placed so as to extend from said lower main part (312) towards the front face of the outer ring (21) of the bearing, and a power supply source (40) to supply power to the sensor (60) and circuit (50).
