Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un ansamblu compresor cu şurub CU200, destinat utilizării în staţii de extracţie petrol/gaze, în industria petrochimică, la pomparea de gaze în conducte sau în rezervoare de stocare, în sistemul de alimentare cu gaze a turbinelor de gaz precum şi în exploatarea platformelor marine. Ansamblul conform invenţiei este alcătuit dintr-o carcasă (1) compresor prevăzută la interior cu două rotoare (2 şi 3) conducător şi condus, aflată în legătură cu un capac (4) de aspiraţie, o carcasă (5) de refulare şi un capac (6) de refulare, în interiorul carcasei (5) de refulare fiind dispus un distanţier (13), iar la exterior un disc (14), dintr-o carcasă (15) de etanşare, dintr-un inel (8) de sprijin deasupra căruia este dispus un rulment (9) cu bile, dintr-un disc (19), dintr-un distanţier (20) aflat în legătură cu un rulment (21) cu bile, un inel (22) de sprijin, un inel (23) elastic pentru alezaj, dintr-un lagăr (24) de alunecare refulare, dintr-un piston (29) de echilibrare şi dintr-un lagăr (31) de alunecare.
