Abstract
The invention relates to a plastic composite intended for manufacturing a filler as an additive to construction materials. According to the invention, the composite material comprises 43...62% cellulosic pulp or wet paper waste, 3...30% water, 12...35% cement, up to 4% bentonite, up to 1% calcium stearate and up to 0.5% usual surface-active agents, the percentage being expressed by mass.
