Abstract

The invention relates to an electronic bow tie which may be customized depending on the wearer's preferences and/or his/her medical condition. According to the invention, the bow tie is made of any material, in a bow tie form, provided with a wireless-rechargeable miniature source (1) of electricity, which supplies, by means of a switch (2), a micro-controller (3) which controls one or several electronic screens (4, 4') with multi-colour flexible electronic display, fixed onto the bow tie surface and lightened by an external source of light, the micro-controller being also connected to a microphone (5) and an emitter (6), both placed in some clamping elements (7, 7'), by means of which the carrier may control the supply condition of the garment and the appearance thereof, either by voice control, or through a wireless channel of communication with another device, by means of which the colour, image and/or animation displayed on the surface of the electronic screens (4, 4') are changed, each clamping element (7, 7') also accommodating a group of sensors (8, 8') for monitoring bio-signals such as body temperature, breathing rate, trunk position, body motion, perspiration, that the micro-controller (3) communicates and/or uses for the bow tie appearance customization.

Customizable electronic bow tie

The invention refers to an electronic device, in the form of a customizable bow tie, made of specific elements that allow changing the appearance and increase its functionality, embedded in a simple article of clothing.

in order to diversify the range of clothing items, several solutions are known (US2013298307A1, US2016135523A1, CN209547008U) which mainly consist of bow ties of different colors and/or appearances, made of different materials, both flexible and rigid, for which , where appropriate, are provided with artificial light sources, so that, through their model, they attract the attention of the viewers to the wearer.

The disadvantages of the described solutions consist in the fact that they involve the making of a varied range of bow ties, whose colors and/or appearance are different for each article of clothing, or which have unimpressive artificial light sources, so that a single model does not satisfy varied preferences, depending on the desire and/or disposition of the wearer, for which they are changed by replacing with another model.

The invention mainly solves a technical problem due to which classic bow ties are unsatisfactory articles of clothing, because they are often highlighted by the way they are made, which gives them a sophisticated look, but which does not give satisfaction over a long period of time, because users prefer to change them frequently depending on the chosen outfit, the right event and/or the impression they intend to create, and also the neck area is suitable for wearable electronic devices.

Customizable electronic bow tie, according to the invention, overcomes the disadvantages and problems presented in that it mainly involves an attractive article of clothing and an electronic device in the form of a bow tie, characterized by perpetual uniqueness, because it is customizable according to the wearer's preferences and/or its medical condition, without being limited by a static aspect, due to the fact that it is equipped with an electronic circuit and is wrapped with electronic screens for display, and also allows the exchange of data and the acquisition of biosignals.

The invention presents the following advantages:

- The device introduces new possibilities for making an electronic and intelligent article of clothing in the form of a bow tie;

- The device allows changing the color of the bowtie it is made of, but also displaying an animation on its surface, because it has electronic screens capable of displaying different shades and/or images, made of malleable materials and illuminated from the outside;

- The device is an article of clothing with the ability to communicate and acquire biosignals from the neck area of the wearer;

- The device reduces the need for bow ties of different colors and/or appearance; - The device enhances wearer satisfaction by being delightful and useful.

Customizable electronic bow tie, is mainly characterized by the fact that it is composed of some material (flexible or rigid), in the shape of a bow tie, which has a miniature source of electricity 1, rechargeable and wire, which feeds through a power switch 2, a microcontroller 3, which controls one or more electronic screens 4, 4', with multi-color (color and monochrome) and flexible electronic display, fixed on the surface of the bow tie and illuminated by an external light source (no own source of light), so that the microcontroller 3 is in connection with a microphone 5, but also with a transmitter 6, both located in the fastening elements 7, 7', through which the wearer can control the supply status of the clothing item, respectively the appearance it, either by voice command, or through a wireless communication channel with another device, through which the color, image and/or animation displayed on the surface of the electronic screens 4, 4', respectively on the surface of the electronic device, is changed, and at the same time, the attachment element 7,7' houses a group of sensors 8, 8' each, for monitoring various biosignals (body temperature, breathing rate, trunk position, body movement, perspiration), from the wearer's neck area, which the microcontroller 3 communicates and/or uses them in order to customize its appearance.

The customizable electronic bow tie, according to the invention, can be reproduced with the same performance and characteristics whenever necessary, a fact that constitutes an argument in favor of meeting the criterion of industrial applicability.
