Abstract
Invenţia se referă la o baterie cu membrană ceramică de tip NASICON şi la un procedeu de fabricare a acesteia. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, se referă la obţinerea unei baterii cu conductivitate ionică ridicată a ionilor de Na, stabilitate electrochimică şi robusteţe mecanică, asamblată pornind de la un electrolit solid, membrana ceramică NASICON, Na metalic, un disc din oţel inoxidabil, un electrolit neapos şi un separator de polietilenă, care sunt asamblate într-o incintă de tip glove-box sub atmosferă de Ar de înaltă puritate, prin roluire mecanică într-o singură etapă utilizând un mecanism ajustabil cu role alcătuit dintr-un corp principal (1) din oţel, suporţi pârghie (2), un ax filetat (3), o pârghie de acţionare (4), o piesă suport (5), un braţ de contact (6), opritori (7), un troncon de acţionare (14), un braţ rolă (16), role de asamblare (17), o placă de presiune (19), un ghidaj de placă de presiune (20), un element de presare (21), un arc de presare (23) şi un suport intermediar baterie (28).
