Abstract

The invention relates to a shoe having a permanent disinfection and odorising system placed in the sole structure for eliminating smells. According to the invention, the shoe has a sole comprising a mechanically resistant elastic envelope (2), provided with some loading valves (3), including an absorbent material (5) over which there is arranged, towards the foot, an insole-type membrane (6) provided with some perforations (7) for the lower layer ventilation, an adhesive layer (8) being placed between the envelope (2) and the absorbent material (5) in order to attach the structure.

DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a shoe of various shapes and purposes which is constructed with a permanent odorization and disinfection system located in the sole structure to eliminate unpleasant odors by avoiding foot perspiration and which offers the possibility of reloading at any time with odorous and disinfectant substances.

It is known that intensively worn footwear, depending on the materials used and the diversity of human biological reactions, is exposed to the generation of unpleasant odors caused by the phenomenon of perspiration that facilitates the emergence of microorganism cultures or lengths.

At the present state of the art are known several methods of odorizing and disinfecting footwear made with various devices that apply odorizing and / or disinfecting substances by slow dripping during storage on shelves, in accordance with Patents US8466433B2; US6439435B2 having the disadvantage that they have a complex structure, they are voluminous occupying a considerable space in the wardrobe and at the same time it is necessary to be purchased for each pair of shoes.

In some cases, the method of periodically applying odorizing substances by spraying with sprays inside the shoe is known, but which has the disadvantage of poor efficiency.

The use of industrially impregnated bags or insoles by various methods and methods is also known in accordance with Patents US4257176; US3842519; US271347A1, which has the disadvantage that they maintain for a limited time the odorizing and / or disinfecting action, being necessary their periodic replacement.

The disadvantages of the presented methods are due to the fact that the action of the active substances takes place outside the time of use, respectively during storage, and their effect is quickly consumed by use.

The shoe with odorous sole, according to the patent application, eliminates the disadvantages of the known solutions in that it consists of a permanent odorization and disinfection system located in the sole structure, so that it can release the active substances with maximum efficiency both during storage, but especially during use, having under construction a structure that allows storage in sufficient quantity for long-term use.

The shoes made according to the invention can have various shapes and destinations (boots, sports shoes, boots, heeled shoes), and for their industrial realization not necessary investments or technological changes 9 expensive and complex.

The following are examples of embodiments of the invention by two methods:

Example 1: The odorizing sole according to the invention in the first method consists of a succession of three layers through which in the middle the active substances are stored, releasing to the skin of the foot when compacted by means of a perforated layer acting as an insole, framed on the side and on the outside with an elastic tire resistant to mechanical stress.

The advantage of the present invention is that the soleplate can be refilled whenever necessary with active substances such as volatile oils, very easily by the user by means of a syringe by puncturing rubber valves arranged on the side edge of the tire.

In connection with the first example, Figures 1-6 show the method of making the shoe with details for constructing the structure of the re-impregnating odor sole.

Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4 illustrate the constituent parts of the shoe which, according to the invention, the odorizing sole is composed of a structure formed by the tire (2) elastic and mechanically resistant, provided with loading valves (3) in which an absorbent material (5) is included over which is placed, towards the sole of the foot, an insole-type membrane (6), provided with the perforations (7) necessary to achieve the ventilation of the lower layer.

In Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 is shown the front face of the perforated insole in which is illustrated a detail (A) in connection with the access valve (3) to the impregnable material (5). An adhesive layer (8) is used between the ribbed tire (2) and the absorbent material (5) to hold the structure.

Example 2: Figures 7-10 show the simpler method of making the shoe with odorous sole, and Figures 9, 11 and 12 show the top view of three different types of soles as a construction.

On the surface of the protective layer (11) between the sole (15) and the insole (12), holes (13) will be made that do not disturb the sole of the foot, but large enough to allow an efficient release of odorous active substances, just above the site. where the absorbent sponge (9) will be fixed.

On the surface of the insole (12) small holes (14) will be made which will overlap perfectly with those of the protective layer (11) so that the odorous active substances penetrate effectively inside the shoe both during use and storage. The area with holes (14) will be marked differently to be easily recognized by the user when using the syringe (4) with the active odorizing substance.

the loading of the material 5 and 9 will be done whenever necessary by the user by means of an insertion syringe (4) which can apply any type of odorizing and disinfecting substance, in any combination that is desired and agreed by the user, even volatile oils .

The advantages of the shoe with odorizing sole in both methods, according to the invention are:

- refilling with odorous active substances whenever necessary and desired;

- release of odorous active substances both in storage but especially during use;

- operational simplicity;

- low production and maintenance costs;

- without complex auxiliary devices;

- the methods are ecological and versatile.

CLAIM 1. Slipper with odorous sole characterized in that it is constructed with a sole composed of a succession of three layers through which the middle one stores the active substances which achieve a permanent odorization and disinfection of the sole both during storage but especially during use, releasing odorizing aromas to the skin of the foot by means of a perforated layer acting as an insole (6) framed on the side and on the outside with an elastic tire resistant to mechanical stress. 2 . Shoe with odorous sole characterized in that the sole can be refilled whenever necessary with odorizing and disinfecting active substances very easily by the user by means of a syringe (4) through the holes 13 and 14 of the protective layer (11) and the insole (12 ) directly into the absorbent sponge (9) from where they will gradually release through the same holes into the shoe.
