Abstract

The invention relates to an advertizing assembly meant to transmit public messages, which can become mobile when pulled by a person, by means of a bicycle, or can be carried by a small mobile unit, such as a mini robot. According to the invention, the assembly consists of a modular rectangular frame (A) having some straight segments (1) made of rectangular cross-section pipe which are joined at 90° by means of an angle piece (2), at least two co-linear straight segments (1) forming the horizontal and vertical sides of the frame (A) being joined by means of some connection members (3) and stiffened by screws and nuts, the said frame (A) supporting a banner (F), where, on the top horizontal side of the frame (A), there is a flying module (D) consisting of a horizontal element (8) whereto some top telescopic arms (9) are attached to support, at their free ends, some propellers (10) having individual drive motors, some control elements (11) of the said propellers (10) and a support (12) bearing a video projector (13) which projects advertizing images or information on a display device (14) while some bottom arms (15) are mounted normal to the bottom horizontal side of the frame (A) to support some other propellers (16) with a role in ensuring the stability of the frame (A) within the air streams and the orientation thereof in space, the frame (A) resting on a landing platform (E), on the vertical and horizontal sides of the modular frame (A) there also being some proximity, temperature, altitude and pressure sensors (19, 20, 21 and 22) as well as one or several video cameras (23), while night-time illumination is achieved using some LED rods (24) mounted on the straight segments (1) forming the outline of the frame (A).

Description

MOBILE ADVERTISING ASSEMBLY

The present invention relates to an advertising assembly, intended for the transmission of advertising messages in public places, which has the possibility to be mobile by towing by a person, by means of a bicycle or it can be moved by means of a small mobile unit, such as would be for example a mini robot.

Fixed panels are known, located in public spaces or on the alignment of public roads, provided with banners and audio-visual means for the promotion and distribution of static advertising information.

Also known are, as for example from patent application WO 9602907 A1, advertising panels provided with posters containing advertising information, which have a horizontal translation movement followed by a vertical translation movement.

These technical solutions require large exposure areas, and the information cannot be easily perceived by the public due to the speed with which the information is run, or it is perceived by a limited number of passers-by, only by those passing through the area.

Also known are mobile advertising panels, which are located on various means of transport. From the patent RO 123464 B1, there is known an advertising trailer placed on special means of transport or towed by it, a trailer intended for the display of alternate posters and which has two exhibition surfaces which are inclined and disposed on a chassis, each poster having a carpet shape. wheel driven by a drive drum and stretched with a return drum. The disadvantages of this solution are that the advertising information can only be read when the respective trailer passes through the public right, and the speed and space for moving the respective means of transport is limited.

To increase the accessibility and the area in which the advertising information is disseminated, solutions for mounting the advertising panels on a bicycle are known, the panels forming a right triangular prism, fixed upright above the rear wheel of the bicycle, or the panel being placed above the bicyclist's head, or the advertising panels are disposed on a support frame having the shape of a triangular prism mounted above the rear wheel or on a bicycle frame (FR ν 2 ο 1 4 - Ο Ο 7 6 6 1 5 -10-2014

From the patent application RO 127927 A2, an advertising trailer for pedestrian areas or other public places accessible to bicycles is known, which has a modular frame consisting of typical elements, straight segments, corners and connecting elements, which may have different rectangular configurations, which presents a tread, the frame being towed by a stretcher and a coupling, by a bicycle.

The disadvantages of the advertising trailer consist in the fact that it offers advertising information only to those who pass by, the banner supporting the banner having only horizontal mobility at ground level, the banner offering only static information, which cannot be viewed even at night and without the possibility of forming an exhibition stand.

A first object of the present invention is to diversify the mobility of the modular frame, by extending the displacement and in a vertical direction, more precisely by the possibility of flying at low altitude.

Another object of the present invention is to provide the frame, the possibility of traveling on different routes, remotely controlled, having energy autonomy.

The advertising information is presented through a video projector, on a video screen / display or a film for rear projection, which also allows access through touch screen system, when it is cornered on the ground.

Another object proposed by the present invention is to provide different information in the proximity of the panel, which are processed, stored or verified through a computer.

As a final object of the present invention is the fact that when it is on the ground, by the arrangement of several modular frames, exhibition stands of different configurations can be formed.

The mobile advertising assembly according to the invention solves these proposed objectives and removes the disadvantages found in the known solutions, in that it is made up of a modular frame of rectangular shape, consisting of straight segments made of pipe with rectangular section and joined at right angles through to a corner, at least two straight segments arranged collinearly that form the horizontal and vertical sides of the frame being joined through some

The advantages of the mobile advertising assembly according to the invention are:

it can be easily mounted and disassembled for transport and storage;

- offers a larger area for viewing advertising information;

- the advertising information is dynamic and can be transmitted also video;

- presents autonomy in movement;

- the modular frame can be towed manually or by a bicycle;

- can be mounted on the ground in different configurations, forming exhibition stands;

The advertising assembly according to the invention is made up of a modular frame A, rectangular in shape, adjustable from a dimensional point of view, both in width and height, which consists of several straight segments 1, made of pipe with rectangular section.

The modular frame A is supported on the ground by a landing platform E consisting of legs 17 finished with dampers 18, fixed by the straight segments 1 which are arranged at the bottom of the advertising assembly.

On the vertical and horizontal sides of the modular frame A are mounted proximity sensors 19, temperature sensors 20, altitude sensors 21, pressure sensors 22, or other sensors, as well as one or more video cameras 23

To illuminate the advertising set at night, on the straight segments 1 that form the contour of frame A, there are provided 24 LED rods, which can be detached according to needs.

The energy autonomy of the entire advertising assembly, or its various components, such as flight module D, sensors 19-5-22, video projector 13, is achieved with the help of accumulators 25 which can be mounted on the horizontal element 8 or on the deck. removable B.
