Abstract

The invention relates to a process by which the wind energy in excess is converted into electric energy which is consumed in a chemical process in order to obtain some chemical elements. According to the invention, the process consists in converting the wind energy in excess into electric energy for decomposing the water by hydrolysis and storing the hydrogen and oxygen into some pressurized gas tanks which later on are consumed for producing electrical energy in a thermal power station wherein fossil fuel is burnt or for hydrogenerating hydrocarbons, possibly upon hydrofining.

Description

Procedeu de utilizare eficienta a energiei eoliene.Process for efficient use of wind energy.

Avind in vedere caracterul aleatoriu al acestei surse de energie aceasta se utilizează intr-o pondere limitata la 2...5% din puterea totala instalata a SEN ( Sistem Energetic Național)The present invention relates to a process for using wind energy that allows its use in a higher weight in S.E, N. (The National Energy System) The process by which wind energy is transformed into electricity is known. Given the randomness of this energy source it is used in a weight limited to 2 ... 5% of the total installed power of SEN (National Energy System)

The problem to be solved by the invention is that of storing this form of energy and releasing it when needed.

The process according to the invention allows the use in a higher weight of S.E.N. of the wind energy by the fact that in the first stage the energy produced by the wind path is used to decompose the water by hydrolysis, then the hydrogen and the resulting oxygen are stored in gasometers or under pressure, and subsequently used either to obtain the electricity in a conventional power plant, to hydrogenation of hydrocarbons, possibly to hydrofining

Another novelty of the invention is that it is used in the hydrogenation of petroleum hydrocarbons, which are much cheaper than coal.

Exemplu Nr . 1 Energia electrica produsa de un generator acționat de o morisca ( elice) eoliana este trimisa intr-o instalație de hidroliză a apei in orele in care ,cind consumul de energie electrica este redus, - hidrogenul fiind stocat separat si oxigenul separat in gazometre, ulterior după ce s-a produs o cantitate suficienta funcționarii centralei electrice pe timp de minim 6 ore acestea ( hidrogenul si oxigenul ) sunt introduse intr-o termocentrala clasica ,eventual pe combustibili fosili in orele in care consumul este maxim, marindu-se in acest fel puterea instalata a termocentralei.Example No. 1 The electrical energy produced by a generator operated by a wind turbine (propeller) is sent to a water hydrolysis plant during the hours when, when the electricity consumption is reduced, - the hydrogen is stored separately and the oxygen is separated into gasometers, subsequently after a sufficient quantity has been produced for the operation of the power plant for a minimum of 6 hours, these (hydrogen and oxygen) are introduced in a conventional power plant, possibly on fossil fuels during the hours when the consumption is maximum, thus increasing the installed power. of the power plant.

Example No. 2: The resulting hydrogen according to the invention No. 1 is used to hydrogenate the heavy fractions of oil, diesel, lamp), the resulting products, with higher hydrogen content are distilled fractionally, thus obtaining lighter fractions - gasoline. In principle it can go with hydrogenation up to gaseous hydrocarbons.

Oxigenul rezultat este utilizat intr-o termocentrala clasica in vederea măririi randamentului acesteia. The resultant oxygen is used in a conventional thermal power plant in order to increase its efficiency.

Exemlul Nr.3: Hidrogenul rezultat conform Ex.l este utilizat la hidrogenarea petrolului, in vederea îndepărtării azotului si sulfului prin procedeul cunoscut numit hidrofinare.Example # 3: The resulting hydrogen according to Ex. 1 is used for the hydrogenation of oil, in order to remove nitrogen and sulfur by the known process called hydrofinishing.

The process according to the invention has the following advantages: It allows to increase the share of wind energy use in SEN, from 3 to 20 ..... 30%. with all the advantages that derive from it: - reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, elimination of ash storage dumps.

Nu necesita schimbarea sistemei, se pot utilza automobilele clasice pe benzina , ceeace duce implicit la mari economii .No need to change the system, you can use classic cars on gasoline, which leads to big savings by default.

Toate procedeele ce concura la realizarea invenției sunt cunoscute,(exista experiența in ceeace privește hidroliză apei, hidrogenarea hidrocarburilor),ansamblul reprezintă un tot funcțional superiorAll the processes that competed to achieve the invention are known, (there is the experience regarding water hydrolysis, hydrogenation of hydrocarbons), the assembly represents a superior functional whole

The process is much less polluting than that of obtaining electricity through other processes such as nuclear fission, or fossil fuel based.

Procedeul permite utilizarea eficienta a rezervelor de hidrocarburi. Procedeul permite recuperarea mai rapida a investițiilior deja făcute in domeniul energiei eoliene. The process allows the efficient use of hydrocarbon reserves. The process allows faster recovery of investments already made in the field of wind energy.
