Abstract
Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie bituminoasă utilizată pentru etanşarea rosturilor şi suprafeţelor din beton sau mixturi asfaltice, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acesteia. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este alcătuită dintr-o componentă bituminoasă A şi o componentă B, într-un raport gravimetric de 1 : 1...20 : 1, în care componenta A cuprinde 15...85% bitum, 2...40% ulei naftenic, 5...60% polibutadienă hidroxilată, 2...30% polioli vegetali hidroxilaţi, 10...65% CaCO3, 2...10% solvent, 0,1...1,5% catalizator de tip octanoat stanos 0,01...2%, iar componenta B este constituită dintr-un amestec, într-un raport cuprins între 1 : 2...1 : 3, poliizocianaţi alifatici şi aromatici. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din amestecarea elementelor constitutive deshidratate ale componentei A, la o temperatură de 15...45°C, cu componenta B, în raportul indicat, rezultând un bitum cu poliuretan, care se aplică şi este lăsat să reticuleze in situ timp de 30 min până la 3 h.

- 9 -06- 2010Revendicări1. Compoziție bituminoasă bicomponentă carcaterizată prin aceea că este constituită dintr-o componentă complexă bituminoasă A și o componentă izocianat B, în raport gravimetric A : B de 1 : 1 ...20 : 1 , de preferință de 10:1...20:1.
- 2. Compoziție bituminoasă bicomponentă conform revendicării 1, carcaterizată prin aceea că, respectiva componentă A este constituită din :- 15...85% bitum ales din clasa bitumurilor utilizate la betoane asfaltice dar și din clasa bitumurilor modificate cu alți polimeri.- 2 ...40% ulei aromatic naftenic- 5... 60% polibutadienă hidroxilată- 2 ...30% polioli vegetali hidroxilați- 10 ... 65% filer mineral, de preferință CaCO3- 2 ...10% solvent ales dintre MEC, toluen, xilen- 0,1...1,5% catalizator de tip octoat stanos, DBTDL sau dramină cicloalîfatică- 0,01...2% antispumant de tip BYK , procentele fiind exprimate în greutate.
- 3. Compoziție bituminoasă bicomponentă conform revendicării 1, caracaterizată prin aceea că , respectiva componentă B este constituită dintr-un amestec de poliizocianați alifatici și aromatici aflați între ei în raport în greutate de 1 : 2....1 : 3. ;
- 4. Procedeu de realizare a unei compoziții bituminoase bicomponente caracterizat prin aceea că, constă în amestecare la o temperatură de 15....45 °C a elementelor constitutive deshidratate ale componentei A, definite în revendicarea 1, în ordine bitum cu ulei naftenic, polibutadienă hidroxilată, polioli vegetali hidroxilați, filer, solvent, catalizator și antispumant, după care se omogenizează un timp de 3...20 minute, se stochează maximum 6 luni pană la utilizare când se amestecă împreună cu elementele constitutive ale componentei B, polizocianații, în raport în greutate de 1 : 1....20: 1, de preferință de 10: 1...20: 1, rezultând un bitum cu poliuretan in situ care se aplică și se lasă timp de 30 minute ....3 ore pentru reticulare completă.
