Abstract
Invenţia se referă la o metodă rapidă, imunocromatografică, de diagnosticare a tuberculozei pulmonare active, prin determinarea antigenelor mycobacteriene din spută şi a anticorpilor antimycobacterieni din serul bolnavilor. Prin această metodă se sensibilizează o membrană de nitroceluloză prin adăugare de spută tratată sau de antigen mycobacterian specific, după care se adaugă o soluţie de tamponfosfat salin, Tween şi albumină serică bovină (TFS-T-A) pentru blocarea situsurilor nereactivate. Prin adăugarea de imunoglobuline antimycobacteriene sau de ser provenit de la un bolnav, are loc reacţia anticorpilor cu antigenele şi, în final, se adaugă un conjugat de proteină A stafilococică cu particule de aur coloidal (SpA-Au), cu rol de marcare şi determinare vizuală a reacţiei.
