Abstract

The invention relates to a process for making a soap having the mark inscribed thereon, as well as to a mould for applying the process. The process for making a soap having the mark inscribed thereon in a closed mould consists, in a first stage, in pouring at first the main composition of the soap in a first mould provided with a core or some cores reproducing the mark of the soap, said mould being further opened for removing the soap which is then either introduced into another mould, unprovided with said core, or re-introduced into the same mould, after removing the core, a soap composition having another colour and, possibly, another perfume than the main soap composition being then poured or injected instead of the core. According to the process described above, the mould for making a soap with the mark inscribed thereon consists of two half-moulds (1' and 1'') provided inside with some cores (2' and 2'') reproducing the sign or signs of the mark. Said mould is also provided with an orifice (b) communicating with the mould cavity (a) for pouring the main soap composition, and with another orifice (c)communicating with the cavity left after the removal of the cores, for pouring the core composition to form the soap mark.
