Abstract
The invention relates to a modular double-metal radiator for house heating stations, by the transfer of heat from the hot water circulating in this system, and it also relates to the manufacturing process therefor. According to the invention, the radiator has the heating fluid sewerage system made entirely of steel, with two vertically placed pipe segments using prefabricated elements which consist of a pair of pipe segments (1) provided with an adjacent couple of helical orifices (2) positioned transverse in the middle region, and a pair of pipe segments (3) whose ends (4) are in front of the helical openings (2) symmetrical with the openings (5), there being obtained a preliminary structure by assembling said four pipe segments by positioning the openings of the pipe segments (3) on the couple of openings (2) of the pipe segments (1) and by securing them with weld seams (6 and 7). Said preliminary structure is connected to a die cast aluminium housing (11) provided with three sections having rear fins (12) and front fins (13), respectively, which act as a module structure, and two fin systems (14) located symmetrically on its sides, and the module is completed by simultaneously carrying out two pairs of threads (15 and 16) on equal portions (17) of the horizontal piping (18) located coaxially starting from the openings (19 and 20) in order to provide the modular compatibility.
