The invention relates to a composition for removing deposits from solid surfaces comprising one part cationic surfactant, preferably quaternary amine-like, having the general structure formula (I):wherein R represents an alkyl radical with 8...24 carbons atoms, 0.1...1 parts solvent selected from alcohols having an alkyl chain with 2...5 carbon atoms, 3.8...8.5 parts of NaOH solution having a concentration of 15...20% in distilled water, and 0.05...0.1 parts odorant being expressed by weight percents. The composition ensures the removal of organic deposits of animal origin, from solid smooth or irregular surfaces preponderantly, in a relatively short time and also ensures the removal of composition traces and organic deposits simply by washing with water.
