The invention relates to an atomizer for dispensing any kind of pressure liquid or alimentary and non-alimentary pastes, irrespective of their viscosities and without using any power source. It comprises a constant-volume chamber (1) provided at its upper part with a closed regular valve (2) located within a thin pipe (3) through which the liquid or, where appropriate, the paste is introduced into the constant volume chamber (1) and atomized through a nozzle (4). At the lower part of the constant-volume chamber (1), there is a second closed regular valve (5) located within a pipe (6) through which the driving agent, namely the air under pressure is introduced in the volume-defined chamber (7) said agent being non-miscible with the liquid or paste in the constant volume chamber (1) due to the volume-defined chamber (7). The air pressure depends on the need of discharging the liquid or paste from the constant volume chamber.
