Abstract
Invenţia se referă la o seringă fără ac, de tipul unui distribuitor de particule de agent terapeutic, cum ar fi particule de material genetic sau pulberi medicamentoase, realizat sub forma unei seringi fără ac. Seringa conform invenţiei este constituită dintr-un corp (13, 17, 26) prevăzut cu un lumen (14, 18, 20) al cărui capăt din amonte este sau este destinat să fie, conectat la o sursă (10)de gaz sub presiune, care poate fi eliberat brusc în lumen; capătul din aval al lumenului este delimitat de o diafragmă bistabilă (21, 32), ce poate oscila între o poziţie interiorizată, în care prezintă, spre exteriorul corpului, o concavitate în care sunt depozitate particulele (23, 33) de agent terapeutic, respectiv o poziţie exteriorizată, convexă către exterior, astfel încât, la utilizare, prin eliberarea gazului sub presiune în lumen, diafragma va bascula din poziţia interiorizată în cea exteriorizată şi va catapulta particulele spre exterior.
