Abstract

The invention relates to an antiscaling composition for coating the surfaces of the reactors for liquid type monomer polymerization. This composition is obtained by condensing a naphthol with an aldehydic reticulation product. In order to obtain the condensation product, there is used a hydrosulphite comprising hydrosulphite and/ or bisulphite radicals and/ or bisulphite . The condensation product thus obtained, in the absence of oxygen, is in the form of a clear transparent liquid.
