Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un regulator de recul, destinat executării tragerilor de manevră cu armamentul de artilerie, în scopul instruirii servanţilor în condiţii similare tragerilor reale, în poligon. Regulatorul de recul asigură o secţiune critică variabilă, astfel încât debitul gazelor ce se scurg prin aceasta să fie egal cu debitul gazelor ce se scurg prin ţeavă, în cazul tragerilor reale. Regulatorul de recul este constituit dintr-un corp-duză (1) şi un element de combustibil coloidal (2), turnat în cavitatea interioară a corpului-diuză (1) şi solidarizat cu acesta prin lipire cu un adeziv. Corpul-duză (1) este prevăzut cu o membrană (c) rigidizată cu nişte nervuri radiale (d), care cedează, prin forfecare, atunci când presiunea gazelor atinge valoarea presiunii de forţare a proiectilului în ghinturi, în cazul tragerii cu muniţie reală. Regulatorul de recul se montează, prin intermediul corpului-duză (1), la capătul anterior al tubului-lovitură (4), împreună cu care se introduce în camera de încărcare a tunului. Regulatorul de recul se dimensionează astfel, încât să fie reproduse identic fenomenele de balistică interioară a gurii de foc, în cazul tragerilor reale.The invention relates to a recoil regulator designed to execute maneuvering with artillery weaponry in order to train servants under conditions similar to real pulls in the polygon. The recoil regulator consists of a nozzle body (1) and a colloidal fuel element (2), poured into the inner cavity of the nozzle body (1) and solidarized therewith by gluing with an adhesive. The nozzle body (1) is provided with a membrane (c) stiffened with some radial ribs (d), which yields by shearing when the gas pressure reaches the force of the pressure to fortify the projectile in streaks in the case of real ammunition. The kickback regulator is mounted via the nozzle body (1) at the front end of the blow tube (4), with which it is inserted into the canister charging chamber. The recoil regulator is dimensioned in such a way that the inner ballistic phenomena of the mouth are reproduced identically in the case of real pulls.
