Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor nisipuri silicioase superioare, destinate fabricării sticlei şi ceramicii fine. Procedeul conform invenţiei are ca scop final, principal, încadrarea produsului finit, silicios, în intervalul granulometric 0,1...0,63 mm şi îndepărtarea impurificatorilor de natură calcaroasă, argiloasă, feruginoasă, precum şi a metalelor rare. Eliminarea, din nisipul brut, a granulelor mai mici de 0,1 mm se realizează prin clasare simptotică repetată, utilizând clasoare mecanice cu spirală şi hidrocicloane, iar eliminarea granulelor mai mari de 0,63 mm se face prin clasare volumetrică repetată, folosind site vibrante. Indepărtarea substanţelor impurificatoare din nisipul preparat conform invenţiei se execută atât simultan, cu eliminarea fracţiunilor granulometrice din afara intervalului 0,1...0,63 mm, cât şi prin operaţii specifice: separarea magnetică umedă în câmp slab, separarea gravitaţională pe jgheaburi elicoidale şi separarea magnetică uscată, în câmp puternic.The invention relates to a process for obtaining higher silica sands, for the manufacture of glass and fine ceramics. The process according to the invention has as the main final purpose the framing of the finished silicon product in the range of 0.1 ... 0.63 mm and the removal of impurities of calcareous, clayey, ferruginous nature, as well as of rare metals. The removal of granules smaller than 0,1 mm from the sand is made by repetitive symmetrical classification using spiral and hydrocyclone spools and the removal of granules larger than 0,63 mm is done by repeated volumetric classification using vibrating screens . The removal of the contaminants from the sand prepared according to the invention is carried out simultaneously with the elimination of granulometric fractions outside the range 0.1 ... 0.63 mm and by specific operations: wet magnetic separation in the weak field, gravitational separation on the helical trays and dry magnetic separation in strong field.
