Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un cuptor cu coacere rapidă, utilizat pentru prepararea mâncărurilor. Cuptorul conform invenţiei cuprinde un ax (7) pe care se montează ventilatorul (6) acţionat de motorul electric (8), rezistenţele electrice (4), grătarul de protecţie (10) şi stratul de protecţie termică (5) având în alcătuire un vas cilindric (1), care este susţinut de un suport (11) şi în care se montează, pe mai multe nivele, grătarele (9, 9') şi (9''), precum şi un capac (2) cu margine înaltă, etaşarea dintre vasul cilindric (1) şi capac (2) făcându-se cu garnitura (3) fixată între capac (2) şi stratul de protecţie termică (5).
