Abstract
Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie, un procedeu şi o instalaţie pentru aditivarea aerului de ardere în vederea tratării arderii combustibililor, lichizi, gazoşi sau solizi, inferiori sau superiori, în instalaţii de ardere industriale şi casnice. Deşi invenţia poate fi utilizată pentru tratarea arderii oricărui tip de combustibil, totuşi rezultatele cele mai remarcabile pot fi obţinute la tratarea arderii combustibililor inferiori şi a deşeurilor combustibile. Conform invenţiei, compoziţia de aditivare constă dintr-un lichid de aditivare dizolvat în apă. Astfel, într-o primă variantă, lichidul activator constă din soluţie de bicromat de potasiu 6% în apă demineralizată - în proporţie totală de circa 95% - amoniac 2...3%, şi ulei mineral 2...3% iar într-o a doua variantă, din soluţie de permanganat de potasiu 1% în apă demineralizată - în proporţie totală de circa 95% - amoniac 0,5...1% şi ulei mineral circa 4%, toate proporţile fiind raportate la greutate, prima variantă fiind destinată cu precădere pentru combustibili lichizi sau gazoşi, iar cea de a doua, pentru combustibili solizi. Pentru aplicarea procedeului, oricare din aceste compoziţii se diluează în apă demineralizată, în cantitate de 1/1 la 1/6 părţi în greutate, se transformă în aerosoli cu ajutorul unei fracţiuni de aer comburant şi se insuflă în focar, împreună cu restul de aer comburant, în proporţie de 0,01 la 0,05% soluţie activă din cantitatea totală de aer necesar arderii pentru combustibili lichizi sau gazoşi, sau 0,1 la 0,15% pentru combustibili solizi, toate proporţile fiind raportate la greutate. Thus, in a first embodiment, the activating fluid consists of 6% potassium dichromate solution in demineralized water - in the total proportion of about 95% - 2 ... 3% ammonia and 2 ... 3% mineral oil and in a second variant, from 1% potassium permanganate solution in demineralised water - in a total amount of about 95% - 0.5-1% ammonia and about 4% mineral oil, all proportions being by weight, the first the variant being especially designed for liquid or gaseous fuels and the second for solid fuels. For the application of the process, any of these compositions are diluted in demineralized water, in the amount of 1/1 to 1/6 parts by weight, converted into aerosols by means of a combustion air fraction and injected into the furnace together with the rest of the air combustible, 0.01 to 0.05% active solution of the total combustion air required for liquid or gaseous fuels, or 0.1 to 0.15% for solid fuels, all proportions being by weight. The additive system includes a compressor (3) which generates the air required for generating aerosols and a regulating loop (A), which is designed to maintain the proportion of the active solution q in the combustion air fraction V, based on the total amount of air Excessive burning.
