Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu pentru obţinerea alcoolilor etoxilaţi şi acizilor etoxilaţi, prin reacţia alcoolilor sau acizilor cu oxidul de etilenă, obţinut in situ, prin descompunerea carbonatului de etilenă, procedeu care constă în aceea că descompunerea carbonatului de etilenă are loc sub acţiunea catalizatorilor aleşi dintre acizi anorganici sau/şi acizi organici sau/şi săruri cuaternare de amoniu sau/şi polietilenglicoli cu mase moleculare de la 200 până la 4000, de preferinţă de la 400 până la 2000 sau/şi baze anorganice sau/şi baze organice, care se adaugă în proporţie de 0,05...5%, de preferinţă 0,1...3%, faţă de masa de reacţie, dozarea carbonatului de etilenă efectuându-se treptat, cu un debit de 8...12 l/min, la temperaturi de 120...200°C, de preferinţă 140...180°C.The invention relates to a process for the production of ethoxylated alcohols and ethoxylated acids by the reaction of alcohols or acids with ethylene oxide, obtained in situ, by the decomposition of ethylene carbonate, which process consists in that the decomposition of ethylene carbonate takes place under the action of the chosen catalysts of inorganic acids and / or organic acids and / or quaternary ammonium salts and / or polyethylene glycols with molecular weights of 200 to 4000, preferably 400 to 2000 and / or inorganic bases and / or organic bases, which add 0.05 ... 5%, preferably 0.1 ... 3%, relative to the reaction mass, dosing the ethylene carbonate gradually with a flow rate of 8-12 l / min at temperatures of 120 ... 200 ° C, preferably 140 ... 180 ° C.
