Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un traductor de nivel, pentru lichide conductoare, având un senzor capacitiv (C) alcătuit dintr-o tijă (1) subţire,de alamă, acoperită cu o peliculă de lac (2), cu bune calităţi dielectrice, tijă fixată într-un tub (3) subţire, de oţel inoxidabil, în care se află coloana de lichid (4), al cărui nivel (h) trebuie măsurat, măsurarea făcându-se raţiometric, prin raportare la capacitatea unui condensator de referinţă (C), alcătuit dintr-un disc (5) de alamă, acoperit cu o peliculă de lac (6) având acelaşi dielectric cu al senzorului capacitiv (C), condensatorul de referinţă (C) aflându-se permanent imersat în lichid (4), raportul (C/C) dintre capacităţile senzorului capacitiv (C) şi cele ale condensatorului de referinţă (C) fiind calculat prin intermediul raportului (U/U) dintre tensiunile (U, U) de la bornele senzorului capacitiv (C) şi cele ale condensatorului de referinţă (C), cu ajutorul unui divizor analogic (D), precedat de două convertoare capacitate-tensiune (CT, CT), divizor care dă, la ieşire, o tensiune (U) proporţională cu nivelul (h) măsurat al lichidului (4), dar independentă de permitivitatea (epsilon) peliculei de lac (2) şi de instabilitatea tensiunii de activare (U).The invention relates to a level transducer for conductive liquids having a capacitive sensor (C) consisting of a thin, brass rod (1) coated with a lacquer film (2) of good dielectric quality, a fixed rod in a thin stainless steel tube having a liquid column (4) whose level (h) is to be measured, the measurement being made rationally by reference to the capacitance of a reference capacitor (C) , consisting of a brass disc (5) coated with a lacquer film (6) having the same dielectric with the capacitive sensor (C), the reference capacitor (C) being permanently immersed in the liquid (4) (C / C) of capacitive (C) and reference capacitor capacities (C) being calculated by the ratio (U / U) of the capacitance (C) reference (C), with the help of an analog divider (D), precedes t of two voltage-to-voltage converters (CT, CT), divider giving at the output a voltage (U) proportional to the measured liquid level (h) (4), but independent of the epsilon of the lacquer film ) and the instability of the activation voltage (U).
