Invenţia se referă la o matriţă de ambutisat, utilizată în special la realizarea jenţilor de vehicule, fiind alcătuită dintr-o semimatriţă superioară (C) şi o semimatriţă inferioară (A), prevăzută cu un poanson de deformare, alcătuit dintr-un inel (10) şi dintr-un disc (9) cu deplasare plan-paralelă, dată de un ansamblu de extragere (B).
