Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un soi de anghinare (Cynara scolymus L.) cu denumirea Unirea, obţinut prin selecţie individuală în cadrul materialului autofecundat, din populaţia locală "De Fundulea", recomandat a se cultiva în toate zonele de cultură, din ţară, a anghinarei, pentru producţia de frunze, în vederea extragerii principiilor active, necesare industriei chimice şi farmaceutice. Se caracterizează prin lungimea medie a frunzelor de 66,4 cm, lăţimea medie a frunzelor de 41,3 cm, greutatea medie a unei frunze de 74,6 g, număr mediu de frunze de plantă de 13,0, număr mediu de perechi de foliole de 10,0 şi culoarea frunzelor verde-deschis. Perioada de vegetaţie până la prima recoltă este de 90...93 zile. Are vigurozitate, uniformitate şi rezistenţă la secetă, bune. Soiul Unirea este productiv, realizând producţii de frunze proaspete de 335,62 q/ha şi de frunze uscate de 61,19 q/ha. Conţinutul în polifenoli (g% cinarină) este de 2,8255 de flavone (g% luteolină) de 0,707, iar producţia de polifenoli (kg/ha cinarină) este de 177,25, flavone (kg/ha luteolină) de 43,28.
