Abstract

Inventia se aplica în domeniul constructiilor industriale si civile. Produsul, ca rezultat al inventiei, rezolva o problema ecologica importanta, dând o utilizare unui reziduu nefolosibil - zgura de lignit, depozitata în cantitati mari si ocupând suprafete întinse de teren. Caracteristicile produsului obtinut determina folosirea lui ca semifabricat în constructii. Elementele caracteristice ale solutiei tehnice se evidentiaza prin aceea ca utilizeaza, ca materie prima, un reziduu mineral - zgura de lignit, ca liant, rasini sintetice, componente ce confera proprietati fizico-mecanice superioare, procedeul de obtinere este usor de reprodus (presare la rece, urmata de presare la cald). Produsul este utilizabil în constructii, sub forma de pereti laterali, placi izolatoare, pardoseli si datorita proprietatii de rezistenta la acizi, a zgurii de lignit, placile pot fi folosite si în mediu puternic corosiv. Inventia prezinta urmatoarele avantaje: foloseste, ca materie prima, un reziduu considerat o problema ecologica (zgura de lignit), utilizeaza lianti sintetici, usor accesibili, necesita consum energetic redus, tehnologia de obtinere a placii este simpla, usor de reprodus.
