Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a hîrtiei pentru ambalaje rezistente, folosind ca aditiv nitrolignina, care, introdusa în pasta celulozica înainte de macinare, are ca efect cresterea vitezei de macinare si, respectiv, reducerea consumului de energie la macinare, iar hîrtia obtinuta din aceasta pasta, în care retentia nitroligninei pe suprafata fibrelor celulozice se realizeaza prin precipitare cu sulfat de aluminiu, are caracteristici de rezistenta superioara si hidrofobicitate marita datorate caracterului hidrofob al nitroligninei, ceea ce permite reducerea consumului de material de încleiere a hîrtiei.The invention relates to a process for obtaining paper for durable packaging, using nitrolignin as an additive which, in the cellulosic paste before grinding, results in an increase in the grinding speed and, respectively, in the reduction of energy consumption during grinding and the obtained paper of this paste, wherein the retention of nitrolignin on the surface of cellulosic fibers is achieved by precipitation with aluminum sulfate, has superior strength and hydrophobicity characteristics due to the hydrophobic character of nitrolignin, which allows the reduction of the consumption of paper glue.
