Abstract

Inventia se refera la un amestecator static a carui geometrie poate fi corelata cu proprietatile fizice ale sistemului, fara a demonta utilajul pe care-l echipeaza. Amestecatorul static cu geometrie variabila este destinat realizarii unor sisteme omogene sau eterogene, prin dispersarea mai multor componente miscibile sau nu si este alcatuit din lamele cuplate între ele la un capat, astfel încît sa gliseze una pe alta, celalalt capat fiind articulat pe unul din cele trei inele a caror pozitie relativa poate fi modificata prin intermediul unei tije filetate stînga-dreapta. Mai multe amestecatoare de acest tip pot fi dispuse într-un tub, dar avînd tija filetata comuna. Acest amestecator prezinta avantajul unei constructii simple, ce se monteaza cu usurinta în utilajele cunoscute, adaptîndu-se la sisteme cu proprietati fizice diferite, fara a necesita demontarea utilajului.
