Metoda de anestezie, consta în aceea ca se administreaza, în prima faza, pe cale i.m. si i.v., 2 fiole de piafen si 0,3 ... 0,4 mg/Kcorp diazepam, i.v. sau sub forma de bolus, urmând apoi administrarea pe cale i.v. de ketamina în doze de 1 ... 2 mg/Kg corp la început si apoi 0,5 mg/Kg corp din 15 în 15 min sau 1 mg/Kg corp la interval de 60 min, asociat cu 5 ml Piafen în 250 ml solutie izotonica de glucoza perfuzata i.v. cu un ritm de 60 ... 120 pic/min.
