Abstract

Inventia se refera la o metoda spectrofotometrica de determinare cantitativa a oximetilentrachinonelor, OMA, din crusin si din preparate cu crusin, utilizata la controlul fabricatiei si al calitatii produselor finite, necesare în terapeutica pentru actiunea lor, în principal, laxativa si purgativa, constând în extractia selectiva cu alcool etilic de minimum 80%, luat în proportie de 25 ml/0,05 ... 0,025 g pulberi de analizat, la reflux, timp de 30 min, cu îndepartarea produsilor insolubili prin filtrare, urmata de determinarea cantitativa propriu-zisa, pe baza valorii extinctiei coloratiei aparute în mediu de solutie 30% NaOH - solutie amoniacala 5% NaOH, în raport volumetric de 1 : 10, la lungimea de unda = 530 nm, în cuve de cuart de 1 cm, comparata cu valoarea extinctiei coloratiei date de solutia de clorura de cobalt (R) 1%, în aceleasi conditii.
