Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv de prehensiune dublu destinat, în special, încarcarii/descarcarii pieselor cilindrice pe masinile de frezat cu ajutorul robotilor sau manipulatoarelor. Dispozitivul este alcatuit din niste degete (2), articulate de o parte si de alta a unui cadru (1), pe niste suporturi (4). Degetele (2) sunt antrenare în miscare de rotatie cu ajutorul unor cilindri pneumatici (7), prin intermediul unor furci (9) si a unor bolturi (10) care culiseaza în niste canale (6) practicate în degete (2).The invention relates to a double prehension device intended, in particular, for loading / unloading cylindrical parts on milling machines by means of robots or manipulators. The device consists of some fingers (2), articulated on one side of the frame (1), on some supports (4). The fingers (2) are driven in rotation by pneumatic cylinders (7) by means of forks (9) and bolts (10) sliding in some grooves (6) in the fingers (2).
