Abstract

Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv de umplere care sa îmbunatateasca coeficientul de umplere la fereastra de aspiratie, destinat a fi montat pe tronsonul aspirant, în cazul tuturor suflantelor cu rotoare profilate, cu doi lobi, de tip ROOTS, care au o larga aplicare în transportul pneumatic al materialelor pulverulente, în instalatiile de flotatie, de epurare, de transport al cimentului etc. Dispozitivul de umplere la suflantele cu rotoare profilate este format dintr-un tronson care contine doua ramificatii laterale tubulare într-un plan perpendicular pe axa longitudinala a suflantei închise de doua pistoane care putând fi actionate ascendent sau descendent din exterior aduc la rezonanta volumul de gaz din ramificatii.
