Abstract

The automatic transfer device is used in successive pressings processing of individual foil semi-manufactured products. The successive pressings are exercised by the active elements of the device, while the transversal dimension of the product remains constant. The devise consists of a plate, on which the bottom die and the stamping die are disposed in a circle, while their upper parts are attached to another plate, connected with the first by pillars and bushings. Between the superior and the inferior subassembly, a revolving disk is placed, provided with semi-manufactured products centring mobile plates. The revolving disk transfer the products to the processing position by rotating itself, spurred by a mechanism with cams and pawls.
