Abstract
Inventia se refera la un utilaj de formare pentru turnarea cilindrilor de laminor. Utilajul conform inventiei ste alcatuit dintr-o cochilie metalica profilata, amplasata între doua rame de formare, care se umplu cu amestec pe baza de nisip, cochilia corespunzând tabliei unui cilindru de laminor, iar cele douua rame, superioara si inferioara, corespunzând fusurilor cilindrului. Cochilia este formata din doua semiforme metalice prevazute cu un sistem de ghidare si cu niste praguri de pozitionare, în interior fiind practicate si niste canale pentru evacuarea gazelor si pentru asigurarea dilatarii libere.The invention relates to a forming machine for casting the rolling mill cylinders. The machine according to the invention consists of a profiled metal shell, placed between two forming frames, filled with sand-based mixture, the shell corresponding to the plate of a rolling mill and the two upper and lower frames corresponding to the spindle of the cylinder.
