Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de stanare electrochimica a incintelor din otel tip 340 L (W.1.4306), în vederea turnarii aderente a plumbului pentru fabricatia carcaselor camerelor de ionizare necesare centralelor nuclearo-energetice. Inventia apartine domeniului acoperii metalice. Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în urmatoarele etape: degresarea-spalare-decapare-spalare-stanare-spalare. Dupa fiecare etapa, se introduce argon sub presiune, pentru a evita contactul interiorului incintei cu oxigenul din aer si oxidarea. Se obtine un strat de staniu de 50...500 mm uniform si aderent, necesar turnarii aderente a plumbului.
