Abstract

In order to improve sound and reduce wear, the obturation unit includes a cylindrical obturation body that has a ring-shaped protuberance on the bottom, which cooperates with a ring-shaped flexible plastic body, located in an annular slot. The slot is concentric with a resonance hole on the outside of the instrument body.The device applies to musical instruments.
