Abstract

This invention consists of a quick squeezing chuck for chipping tools with cylindrical tail.The chuck comprises a main body with several longitudinal cavities, parallel to the chuck axis. Inside the cavities, in sliding motion, there are several rectified cylindrical quills, each of them equipped with a pin, and, on the flattened side, with a screwing area. The quills are actuated by a nut. The pin enters one cavity of a cylindrical bit, flattened and rectified, which slides in a chuck bore. The nut is limited axially, at the upper and lower ends, by some covers.
