Abstract

The invention relates to a dynamic enricher for injection pumps with rotary distributors, which allows an increased cyclic fuel dosage at the start of a diesel engine. According to the invention, this enricher consists of an inner shim and another shim, each containing two diametrically opposed spiral grooves; during running, they can rotate between two limiters that can be adjustable versus the injection pump rotary distributor, so that they can modify the trip of the pumping piston, through some pegs connected to the spiral grooves; the assembly formed by the two shims engages the free rotation of some paddles around a shaft connected to the rotary distributor, which can move in the area of a ring with paddles, mounted on the injection pump casing; when rotating through the fuel inside the casing, the paddles generate a hydraulic force that rotates the shims, reducing the trip of the pins; opposing the hydrodynamic force, the force of a spring tends to bring the shims in the maximum debit position.
