Abstract

Inventia se refera la un portaltoi vegetativ pentru cires (Cerasium avium L.) Omologat sub denumirea "C 12", obtinut prin selectie clonala din flora spontana, si care largeste gama portaltoilor vegetativi pentru cires, si foloseste eficient conditiile edafice de clima si sol destinate pomiculturii, putînd fi utilizat în plantatiile intensive de cires din toate zonele tarii unde regimul de precipitatii depaseste 500 mm anual. Prezinta un sistem radicular bine dezvoltat cu o lungime medie a portiunii înradacinate de 10,2 cm. Produce marcate uniforme, cu o lungime medie a marcotei de 105,4 cm, grosimea medie 9,4 mm, numar de lastari anticipati 1. Se poate înmulti pe cale vegetativa prin marcotaj orizontal. Prinderea la plantare în cîmpul de formare este de 93%, iar randamentul de pomi altoiti în scoala de pomi este de 85...93%. Numarul de lastari pe 1 m liniar de cordon este de 26,4, din care 22,6 înradacinati. Productia de marcote STAS/ha este de 110 mii buc. Portaltoiul C 12 are vigoare mijlocie spre mica, este rezistent la Coccomices hiemalis si Agrobacterium tumefaciens este liber de principalele viroze specifice ciresului si se înmulteste usor prin meristeme. Imprima soiurilor altoite precocitate de rodire, pomii intrînd pe rod începînd cu anul IV de la plantare.
