Abstract
Inventia se refera la un soi de grâu de toamna (Triticum aestivum L.var. erythrospermum Korn) denumit Simnic 30. Soiul de grâu, conform inventiei este obtinut prin mutangeneza si selectie individuala din soiul Diana, recomandat pentru cultura în zonele cu conditii pedoclimatice asemanatoare celor din zonele colinare ale Olteniei. Plantele au tufa semierecta, frunzele de culoare verde închis, cu cerozitate slaba. La maturitate paiul are înaltimea medie 73 ... 82 cm. Spicul este aristat, fusiform, alb-galbui, lung de 7 ... 9 cm, cu 15 ... 17 spiculete/spic, iar aristele sunt slab dintate, de lungime mijlocie si rasfirate. Boabele sunt mari, ovoidale, rosii-sticloase si cu MMB = 38 ... 46 g. Soiul Simnic 30 este foarte precoce, având perioada de vegetatie de 254 ... 261 zile. Prezinta rezistenta superioara la malurile grâului (Tilletia sp.), rezistenta mijlocie la iernare, seceta, cadere, fainare (Erysiphe sp.) si septorioza (Septoria sp.); este mijlociu de sensibil la rugini (Puccinia sp.). De asemenea, poseda însusiri de morarit, chimice si de panificatie superioare (MH= 82 kg, continuturile în proteina si în gluten umed al boabelor sunt de 16,70 % si, respectiv, 39,9 %, la faina continutul în gluten umed = 42,1 %, deformarea glutenului = 10 mm, elasticitatea 80, înmuierea 50, puterea 61, grupa valorica A2; volumul a 100 g pâine = 295 cmc, porozitatea 76,9 %, elasticitatea miezului 93 % indicele valoric = 289). Soiul are o capacitate de productie de 38 ... 78 q/ha.
