Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unor pigmenti cu nuante portocalii în sistemul Cd(S, Se) - x TiO<sub>2</sub>. Procedeul are la baza pirosinteza unui amestec intim al pulberilor componentilor din sistem luat înproportii anumite, cuprinse în limitele : 55 ... 70 % carbonat de cadmiu sau alta sare de cadmiu, 15 ... 25 % floare de sulf, 8 ... 15 % pulbere de seleniu si 4 ... 20 % bioxid de titan care într-un regim termic cu doua paliere de ardere la : 180 ... 200 degree C si 530 ... 600 degree C, cu durate de : 15 ... 25 min, respectiv 30 ... 60 min, asigura formarea de compusi cu nuante de la : galben-portocaliu, portocaliu la portocaliu corai. Pigmentii pot fi utilizati la colorarea maselor plastice, inclusiv a polimerilor fluorurati, a emailurilor, decorarea faiantei, portelanului, prepararea de vopsele pentru pictura si pentru acoperirii metalice.The invention relates to a process for preparing pigments with orange tones in the Cd (S, Se) - x TiO < sub > 2 < / sub > system.
