Abstract

Device which is used as an additional device for an espresso coffee machine provided with a hot-water-vapour injector. A hollow extension, which is open downwards, is then associated with the hot-water-vapour tube, not only the exit opening for the steam but also the lower opening of an air-conductor device opening into the said extension. The extension is thus formed by an elastic body. It has holes for the sealed introduction either of the injector of the hot-water-vapour tube or the end of the air-conductor device. In order to be able to adjust the amount of aspirated air, if necessary, provision is made for a cover at the upper end of the air-conductor device. This cover may be formed as a cover lid or as a body in the form of a mushroom. In the first case, the cover encloses the outer wall of the upper end of the air-conductor device. In the second case, the stem of the mushroom surrounds the hollow space of the air-conductor device. <IMAGE>
