Abstract
N-Aroylamino -2-alkoxy-aniline derivs. of formula (I) and their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addn. salts are new. In (I), X = H, halo, CF3 or 1-4C alkyl or alkoxy; R1 = 2-8C alkyl, 3-5C cycloalkyl or 3-5C cycloalkyl-methyl; R2 = H or 1-4C alkyl; R3 = H, 1-4C alkyl, phenalkyl (opt. substd.) or pyridylalkyl, or R2 and R3 together complete pyrrolidino, piperidino, morpholino, perhydrothiazinyl, piperazino or 4-methylpiperazino; Ar = phenyl (opt. substd. by 1-3 of halo, 1-4C alkyl or alkoxy, CF3, NO2 or CN), naphthyl, pyridyl, quinolinyl or isoquinolinyl.
