DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY

SUMMARY The present model relates to an improved connection for insulation panels 1, these being constituted by two rigid plates 11 and 12 between which there is a filling of insulating material 13, the insulating material of filling two symmetrically disposed front cavities 18 and 18 'in which plates are inserted into " U " (2) and (2 ') of asymmetrical flaps, one of which is housed in the corresponding front cavity of the filler insulating material and the other enclosing at least the end zone of the corresponding side rigid plate, the assembly being surrounded by modular clamps (3) in the form of " U ". The present invention relates to an improved joint for insulation panels. It is well known that presently prefabricated constructions based on panels formed by two metal or plastic sheets with a polyurethane filling or any other material are patented, the use of a joint between said panels being patented. The applicant has developed panels for refrigerated rooms, for which it is necessary that the joint be more tight and rigid, what has been achieved. Figure 1 shows, in cross-section, an improved joint for insulation panels according to the invention, with all of its constituent elements in working position, for a panel / wall joining configuration. Figure 2 shows, in cross-section, an improved connection for insulation panels according to the invention, with all their separate constituent elements, to a panel / ceiling joining configuration with the tensioning cable (8) and its attachment to the ring ( V). The joint between panels (1) according to the invention includes, in addition to said panels (1), at least: " U " (2) and (2 '); - modular modules (3); (4); 3 - union screws (5); - elastic joints (6).

In a configuration of the panel / ceiling joint (1), there are further included: - collar (s) (7); - Tensioner (s) (8).

The butt-end panels (1) have an identical structure and are arranged symmetrically.

Each panel 1 is formed of two metal sheets 11, 12, between the sheets an insert of insulating material 13 is inserted, having at its end: a) the metal sheet (11), two successive recesses (14, 15) which penetrate into the insulation filler material, and a front fold at the end (16); b) the other metal sheet 12, in addition to said recesses 14 and 15, has an inclined slit 17 that penetrates the insulation material; c) the insulating material 13 has two wide front cavities 18 and 18 ', arranged symmetrically with respect to a central plane - see Figures 1 and 2.

Each shaped plate " U " (21) and (22), which may be asymmetrical longitudinally, one of them (21) is received in the corresponding cavity (18 ') (18') and the other (22) surrounds the end of the corresponding plate (11). The web 23 frontally surrounds the folded zone panel 16 or the zone of the inclined section 17 according to the correspondence.

In a panel-ceiling joining configuration shown in figure 2, the plate corresponding to the ring 7 has a reinforcing fold 221 in one of its flaps 22, this one involving not only the plate 11 but also the cavity (15) on that side.

Each modular clamp (3) has a monopod configuration, and has: a " U "(31); - two identical end flaps (32) extending perpendicularly to the flaps of the " U " (31).

The flaps 32 are housed in the cavities 15 of the panels 1, the joint being surrounded by the main area 31. The assembly of the modular clamp (3) to the panels (1) is performed with screws (5) crossing the areas (32).

In the case of the panel-ceiling joint (figure 2) the clamp (3) is crossed by the ring-headed screw (7), which is screwed through the stud (72) on the nut (71).

Claims (3)

An improved union for insulating panels, these being constituted by two rigid plates between which there is a filling of insulating material, characterized in that a) on the edges of each of the rigid plates there are two successive recesses that penetrate the insulating filling material ; one of which has at the front and at one end a fold and the other a front inclined slit extending in the interior so that the insulating filling material has two symmetrically arranged front pockets; b) in the front part of each panel there is inserted, in relation to at least one of its faces, a plate in the form of " U " with asymmetrical flaps, one of the flaps being housed in the corresponding front cavity of the insulation filler and the other wrapping at least the end of the corresponding rigid side plate until it reaches its first recess; c) this assembly is wrapped, at least on one side, with U-shaped modulator clamps; which have two end extensions perpendicular to their flaps which, when housed in the end recesses of the panels placed end-to-end, enclose the joint, being secured to the assembly with a set of screws, the assembly being concealed relative to the exterior through a jaws fitted to the pressure in the recesses of the panels. 2 An improved joint for insulation panels according to the preceding claim, characterized in that, in the configuration of the panel / wall joint, said assembly is wrapped on both sides by U-shaped modular clamps, which have two extensions at the ends, perpendicular to their flaps, which, when housed in the recesses of the ends of the panels placed end to end, enclose the joint, being secured to the assembly with a set of screws, the assembly being hidden from the outside by means of copper - snap-fit joints in the recesses of the panels. Improved bonding for insulation panels according to the first claim, characterized in that, in a configuration of the panel / ceiling joint: a) in the front part of each panel is inserted, in relation to at least one of its faces, a shaped plate of " U " with asymmetrically extending flaps, one of the flaps being housed in the corresponding front cavity of the insulation filler and the other wrapping the end of the rigid side plate until it reaches its first recess; b) this assembly is wrapped, on one side, with U-shaped modular clamps; which have two end extensions perpendicular to their flaps which, when housed in the recesses of the ends of the other sheets (of two panels / ceiling placed end to end), surround the joint, being secured to the assembly with a set of screws, the assembly being concealed relative to the outside by means of a jaws fitted to the pressure in the inner recesses oriented to one side of the panels; 3 c) the end flap of the U-shaped plate is fitted, a second modular clamp with identical geometry is placed on the opposite side, the end extensions of which are attached to a flap of the plate in the form of " U " U " (and face-to-face panels) with screw assemblies so that in its web is attached a suspension washer having a tensioning cable through which the panels are attached to the fixed ceiling. Improved bonding for insulating panels, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that two elastic closure seals are placed on the front corner of said facing panels, which respectively face up against said " U " and against the front corner of the panels.
