" AGGREGATION OF BUILDINGS TO MODIFY A CLOSED CLIMATE ZONE " The present invention relates to the aggregation of buildings in order to form a restricted volume climatic zone with connection to the apartments allowing a stimulating and developmental experience.

More precisely, the invention relates to an aggregation of buildings where said climatic zone is integrated with its housing modules containing the apartments exposed to and actively cooperating with said climate zone. Also described herein is a method for ventilation by means of which the exchange of air in the apartments occurs as far as possible through the mentioned climatic zone and where the volume ratio between the climatic zone and the apartments is within certain intervals.

A place to live should be a safe place for recreation and relationship where the human being should feel completely free and calm. During a phase in life this place should also form the basis for the foundation of the family and a platform from which the younger generations can train and develop their social skills. When the home and the place to live fulfill their functions in relation to what was referred to earlier, young people leave the security of home and parents to form their own life in their own family constellations. Parents often remain in a more spacious life, which in many cases strongly reminds them of the time spent with their experiences and activities and with many contacts outside the family. Because they have acted as individuals in a greatly escalated and multifaceted community with strong personal and social networks based on parenting, after the children move, there is a desire and a need to be able to continue their own personal development.

In this phase of life where the desire and expectation of introducing a new life, possibly with the important role of grandparents, there are innumerable possibilities for a continuous personal development and for constructive changes at the human social level. By not getting stuck in the past and in rigid social networks, the possibilities for this development and change can actually be gained by choosing a new way of life along with others.

Thus, the primary purpose with this invention is to find the physical prerequisite for the possibilities for human development mentioned above and to form new social contacts and networks. This physical prerequisite is offered by the Bovieran® way of life, that is, a way of living together with a limited number of people in an environment that admits and stimulates the development of new social networks, but which, moreover, also stimulates a development internal and for an establishment of a constructive closure about life to the present moment. This process, to be and remain comfortable with one's own during the changes in life, frees often talents and social skills. It is then a decisive advantage to be in a context and among people where friendship can grow and develop. In the said stages of change, in particular new friendly relations will make it easier to talk about situations and events in life that would otherwise not be natural and possible.

To increase the conditions for a successful accommodation change, it is preferable to make a kind of biography of the life cycles that have passed. This biography can be an advantage to increase quality in a new way of life along with others. Thus, the biography helps in a positive way an acceptance of events in life up to the present moment and constitutes a good platform for a continuous positive development. At this point it may be important to go back to recent memories, as they can play a decisive role in how to develop and function at a later age. From DE-A-3 209 147 is previously known a house concept that has four housing modules enclosing a winter garden. Here it is established that the air and climate of the winter garden must be transferred to the adjacent apartments.

US-A-6 182 408 discloses a fully enclosed climatic zone where each apartment must have its own outdoor seating, from which access to an adjacent apartment is possible. None of these foregoing known constructs is suitable for performing the physical prerequisites which make it possible to establish a developmental life of the kind referred to above.

In order to establish the physical prerequisites for a developmental life by constructing technical solutions, it is necessary to make sure that the necessary climatic zone will work together with the apartments during the 6 atmospheric conditions of low pressure, the influences of the wind and the temperatures below zero in high pressure atmospheric conditions, no exposure to wind and +35 ° C in hot sun. The necessary ventilation and air exchange that is possible in a Bovieran Concept will not only make it possible to close off or filter out bad or pollen rich outside air, but it is also possible to create a climate with for example a high oxygen content, this is a climate with a therapeutic influence and stimulation in the inhabitants. The relatively large volume of the climatic zone and the exposure to solar radiation will create beneficial possibilities for utilizing the energy of the Sun so that the entire Bovieran® Concept can be performed to work on a " low energy " when the electricity supply is failing. For this, solar cells can be integrated into the large surface of the roof covering the climatic zone.

Providing a variety of miniature environments, such as streams, waterfalls, woods, and walking paths, it is perfect for adapting a miniature plant world suitable for a world of growing plants and animals within the climatic zone. It is also possible to provide artificial light similar to sunlight, which will have a therapeutic influence on the inhabitants and will form the nutrition for the plants. The temperature within the climatic zone should not fall below +10 ° C in winter and should not exceed +25 ° C in summer.

The above stated objectives will be achieved by methods and technique in connection with the climatic zone, and apartments having the characterizing clauses mentioned in the claims.

Since the ventilation air for the apartments in each housing module can be removed from the volume created by the climatic zone, which preferably contains many 7 plants with trees and leaves all year round, the quality of the air transferred to each connected apartment is increased .

In order to achieve a sufficient active effect in creating a preferential ventilation of the apartments using the covered volume of the climatic zone, this should be between 0.9 and 1.8 of the total volume of all apartments. The best result will be obtained if the volume of the climatic zone is in the range of 1.0 to 1.5 of the total volume of all connected apartments, preferably within the range of 1.3 to 1.4. The type of land where a Bovieran® Concept will be erected will decide which type of housing module to use. The type of land also has influence when building with low energy consumption for internal climate control. If a part of the housing module is integrated into the soil, the soil heat can lessen the need for external heat. So if this is combined with an active solar energy technique, huge savings can be made without giving up a comfortable indoor climate in the climate zone and apartments.

A great advantage with the climatic zone and its height, a minimum of approximately 10 m from the ground level to the highest point, makes it possible to use an air stream of its own or in connection with the climatic zone, which will transport the incoming ventilation air through channels prepared below ground level, ie it is possible to cool incoming air to season the climatic zone during hot summer days. With very high outdoor temperatures, the climate zone cover can simply be opened and additional heat is vented. The height of the climate zone makes it possible to provide cylinder / air heat exchangers for air / water to cool or heat the incoming air and the heat exchanged from the air exiting into the incoming air to reduce heating costs. These heat exchangers can also be connected to underground energy reserves, which are preferably provided directly beneath the climatic zone and buildings containing the apartments. The heat exchange preferably occurs using the salt water circulation, but the air channels in at least a portion of the ground-based energy reserve may be a choice.

Preferably, incoming air may be transported over a proportionally large area in vertical channels in the housing modules. This is done to keep the ventilation airflow velocity reasonably low. One goal is to be able to balance the exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen between plants and humans, that is, choose plants that have the ability to rearrange their metabolism to take advantage of different climatic conditions that exist within the zone climate change. The cover portion may be equipped with energy production equipment which works with extremely small differences in temperatures and which can give an essential energy input as soon as there are temperature differences of 10 ° C. This energy will preferably be electricity, which can be used to operate the air circulation to regulate the ventilation and the climate of the building complex.

In Fig. 2A a top view of the glass wall of the climatic zone is shown in a Bovieran® Concept. This glass wall of the climatic zone is often directed north so as not to cause too much exposure to the sun during the summer.

Preferably the climatic zone contains relatively large areas of rock or concrete which will be involved in the temperature regulation so that said areas can be connected to at least one larger land mass with a high energy storage capacity, such as example the clay.

In order to maintain a comfortable temperature in the restricted climate zone, at different outdoor temperatures and at different exposures to the sun according to the invention, it is suggested that short-term and / or long-term storage of the excess energy , in a land mass under and / or in connection with the building complex.

This storage will preferably take place in a specially prepared ground mass which, with its high energy inertia, can also be used as a daytime temperature equalizer when necessary. Energy storage at different levels is also possible if different geothermal arrangements are taken into account to access soil heating / cooling at a reasonable cost. Fig. 6 shows what the appearance of a two- and three-quarter apartment layout might look like in a Bovieran® Concept. Of course it is possible to have other provisions of the rooms, taking into account the number of rooms and the area of the apartment. Thus, a consistent possibility is to change and complete, for example, a bathroom, to facilitate a single occupant to use a wheelchair.
