A mascara brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the securing bracket (40) is sized to correspond to the cut portion (31) of the brush application portion (3), an upper end of the securing bracket (40) is formed with an adjustment hole (42) within which the rod (21) is fixedly inserted and a lower end of the fastening bracket (40) is formed with an adjustment recess (43) within which a the distal end of the shank 21 on the side of the application portion 7 is fixedly inserted and the comb 8 is formed on a side surface 41 of the securing support 40 in a longitudinal direction of the support (40)

A mascara brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the securing bracket (50) is formed to take the form of a cylinder and is formed with a central insertion hole (52) longitudinally traversing it so that the stem ( 21) can be inserted into the insertion hole (52), a lower end of the fastening bracket (50) is formed with an adjusting recess (53) in which a distal end of the shank (21) on the side of the parcel ( 7) is inserted fixedly, both sides of the fixing support (50) being perforated to have windows (54) open such that existing sections of the application portion (7) of the application portion (3) of the brush 2 extend outwardly through the windows 54, and the comb 8 is formed on a side surface 51 of the securing bracket 50 in a longitudinal direction of the securing bracket 50.

A mascara brush as claimed in claim 2, wherein a section of the application portion (7) attached to the distal end of the shank (21) on the side of the application portion (7) is removed and a ring (22) is formed to be exposed at the distal end of the stem (21).

A rim brush as claimed in claim 3, wherein a distal end of the stem (21) with the injection molded portion (7) therein is formed to form a ring (22).

A mascara brush as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the brush arrangement part (4) coupled to the brush application part (3) comprises the fixing bracket for securing and supporting the application part (3) of the brush and the comb (8) formed on a side surface of the fixing support (80), the fixing support (80) is dimensioned to correspond to the cut portion (31) of the brush application part (3), an upper end of the fastening bracket 80 is formed with an adjustment hole 82 within which the stem 21 is fixedly inserted, and a lower end of the side surface 81 is formed with a portion 85, (22) of the rod (21). 3

A mascara brush as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the brush arrangement portion (4) coupled to the brush application portion (3) comprises the fixing bracket (90) for securing and supporting the portion (3) and the comb (8) formed on a side surface (91) of the fastening bracket (90), the fastening bracket (90) is formed to take the form of a tube and is formed with a bore (92) which traverses it longitudinally so that the rod (21) of the brush application part (3) can be inserted into the insertion hole (92), both sides of the piercing fixing bracket (90) to have windows (94) open in such a way that the existing sections of the application portion (7) of the brush application part (3) extend outwards through the windows (94), and a lower end of the surface ( 91) is formed with a protruding engagement piece (95) adapted to be inserted (22) of the stem (21).

A mascara brush as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cut portion (31) is formed in an angular range of 30 to 120 degrees around the center of the cross-section of the brush application portion (3).

A mascara brush as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the cut portions (32) are formed by severing the sections of the side faces of the application portion (7) which are symmetrical to each other relative to the cross-section of the part 3) of brush application.

A rhyme brush as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein one or more comb columns 4 (8) are formed in the brush arrangement part (4) in a longitudinal direction of the support (40; 50; 80; 90).

A mascara brush as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a plurality of comb columns (8) is formed in the zigzag-shaped fastening bracket (40; 50; 80; 90). Lisbon, October 20, 2006 5
